- The BAND’S NAME and DATE YOUR INQUIRING ABOUT in the subject line and in the e-mail
- Your official web site
- Facebook, Bandcamp, Soundcloud etc. pages
- Bio (if not on one of the web sites)
- What kind of band you are (acoustic, rock, good, bad, ugly, etc.)
- Anything that will make you stand out from the 100s of requests we receive
- Contact information with at least an e-mail address and a phone number to reach you
